RETURN POLICY


 
You may return unused and unopened books, DVDs, CD's and most other merchandise purchased from Badger State Learning for a refund provided that the procedures and requirements referred to in our return policy are followed.



Return Exceptions:
Although we have a very flexible return policy of the items we sell, there are some exceptions.
 
The following items may not be returned.

  • eProduct Files (downloads)
  • Opened and/or unsealed DVDs and CDs are not returnable unless defective and then only for replacement.
  • Software (after opened)
  • Special order items

 
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) which must be requested within fourteen (14) calendar days after the date of purchase; it will be valid for seven (7) calendar days after it is issued.

All returns are subject to a  restock fee, must be returned within 21days of purchase at customers expense and requires a return merchandise authorization (RMA#) from Badger State Learning. 

Shipping charges are not refundable including those which are included in the quoted prices of our products such as 'Free Shipping' and 'Shipping Included' etc.
 
All returned merchandise must be in original unopened and unused condition, must include the original factory box and factory packaging, accessories, peripherals included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork.  The RMA number or any other inscriptions must not be written or printed on the product box or packaging. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and intact.

Damaged items: All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse, if your package has been damaged in transit we must be informed of all shipping related claims immediately on receipt.  We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise.   An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same item only.

Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility. It is important to save the tracking information and to properly insure all merchandise being returned to Badger State Learning.
